Whiteboard Love

I just had to scrap this

DF left this for me the other day after the "Nobody in this country sells dresses bigger then a size 42" incident last week.

I extended the wall and the white board to make it look like my journaling was scribbled on it too.

Journaling:
"White Board Love

You left me this note on the Kitchen White Board
because you knew I was stressing myself out over silly things again. It reminds
me how much you really care, how much you hurt when I hurt, and everytime I walk
past it, I smile to myself and think
“I love you too hun,
I love you
too.” "

Study? No way!

Journaling:
"Tinkerbell has her own Ideas on when I am supposed to study and when not. I am
most definitely not allowed to study when
she wants scritches and
petting. I am also not allowed to study when she wants Food
or Outside,
because then I have to get up and do something for her! She is my little Diva!
Love you Tink! June 14, 2008"

Totally Cool LeBaron

Partner Page to my Totally Cute Peugeot 206
one, both scraplifted from photoqueenphoto´s
Totally Cool Camry.

Journaling:
"His Car is totally Cool!

We've not been able to drive you for half the
Time we had you, be it
because of a broken Alternator or now be-
cause of a broken rear window, but you are still
the Coolest Boy Toy!

The Hobbit - There and Back again

One of my all time favourite books...
I think I only read The Lord of the Rings more often

Journaling
"some books you never forget.
they mark the point of no return,
the point at which your whole
perception of the world changes.
some books change your life
by changing you.

And once in a while,
i like to visit my Old friends
and relive their Adventures again."

Contemplations

Journaling:

"Sometimes I worry about the Future, about what will be and what can never be.
The What If's tackle me when I expect it the least, leaving me insecure and out of balance.
Every Dream seems to be unrealistic, every Wish doomed to fail.
For everything good, my Mind imagines what can go horribly wrong.
And sometimes I look back, remembering what happened in the Past, afraid I will come
full Circle right back to where I started. I remember all the Times I fell, and
how hard it was to get back up. I remember how some People seemed to enjoy
seeing me struggle, hoping for me to fail.
Sometimes I am afraid that I will lose everything I worked so hard for and all of the people I come to love,
all of the ones I am so lucky to have found.
Sometimes I worry that I worry too much.

But then I remember how often things that seemed to be Fubar
turned out just fine. How some Failures were necessary for me to learn and grow.
I remember that all the good things in my Life might not have come to pass
without the bad times.
I would not be who I am today without the Trials and the Pain, without falling
and having to get back up on my own. Each and every
Conflict showed me what I am made of and that I am able to prevail, and that I
will never give up to fight for what I believe in, no matter who stands against
me. Because for every person who despises me, there is one who thinks I am
awesome. For every Obstacle I conquer, there is a Reward.
I believe in Karma, what you give is what you get returned.
In the End, I don't think I have to worry much at all... "

Sleepyhead

This one was hard.
Lately I am trying to get out of my comfort zone by using bolder colors and combinations.
So this one I assembled and matched to my favourite pillow case that my BFF is clutching so nicely in the pic.
Luckily I found the perfect kit for it ;)

Anne - napping on the way to my Graduation.

Journaling:
"Anne, Somewhere on the Road, May 24 2008

Thank you for traveling to my
Graduation
with us! All the way from Belgium, 5 hours
in the Car to get
to Heidelberg. It wouldn't
have been the same without you!

P.S.:
We didn't mind You sleeping at
all... So cute!"

Study - Before & After

This LO took me way longer than expected (2+ days).
My study goes through stages... from clean to cluttered and back. And again. And again.
So here is one of the stage changes

It shows how the chaos and the cable clutter was subdued, how I finally hung up more of my Airforce Memorabilia, what tools were used to get my computer of the stone floor and so on.
Look closely and you can see my school books right next to my scrapbooking magazines.

The background is partly recolored and blended with another paper.

Ordinary Joy

The picture of the cup of tea, with my cell and book was beckoning me to be scrapped for a while now.
I had it open in my PS CS3 for forever while I scrapped other things.
But now it has finally found a home All pictures taken at my parents parcel on the camping ground back home.

Journaling:
"Drosselhof
07.07.2007

I love to visit my Parents at the Camping Ground.
It is so peaceful and relaxing. No Demands at all.

I only have to be there, to be me and
nothing else. I sleep like a Baby on my
Mini Vacations.

So what do I do?
I read, I eat, I sleep.
I talk to my Parents.
I sit outside with a Cup of Tea, enjoying Life."
