Cliffs of Moher, Ireland, February 28 2009
Irish Blessing:
"May the sun shine, all day long,
everything go right, and nothing wrong.
May those you love bring love back to you,
and may all the wishes you wish come true!"
I used the papers 7,9, and 11 for the Irish flag borders/paperstrips. Paper 11 was desaturated and brightened.
The paperstrips opacity was lowered a tad and a slight drop shadow added.
Paper 10 was used for the background. Paper 3 was used set to Color Burn on the pic, the background and the paperstrips - separately.
The title has a small drop shadow and the blessings opacity was lowered a bit.
