Belgium

Pictures from Belgium I took in the last years. (Brussels, Brugges, Oostend)
I rotated the template 90CW and then dragged all the layers over to an 8.5x11 page. (Sometimes I wish I would feel more comfy scrapping 12x12. all the great templates are that size!)
The background paper is a blend of two papers and after all was done and arranged I overlayed the whole layout with another of the papers set to soft light with lowered opacity.

Follow the Blue Bag

I had this layout all done in my mind before I even opened photoshop.
I knew which template to use, what papers, what I wanted to write.
But once I was almost done I realized it just did not feel right to me.And this is why I LOVE using templates and versatile kits.
I hid some layers, enlarged others and simply recolored some elements by adding color fill layers and using the hue blend mode.

I always loved books by R.A. Salvatore, and his stories in the Forgotten Realms (a D&D setting), centering around Drizzt Do`Urden, are my favorites.
